How To Shape Strong, Resilient, Confident, Girls!
Create the foundation for self-confidence and the ability to bounce back from negative experiences. During the “Mother Daughter Connection", girls 8-11 will cultivate the self-possession to handle the difficult social interactions faced in school and life. Moms and/or grandmas will reinforce skills and become a guide.

Getting along with difficult people
Setting personal boundaries
Making and keeping friends
Beauty and grooming tips
One-hour meetings will include: group discussion, games and activities.
Limit of 8 parent/girl teams
This can easily be transformed to an individual telephonic or computer coaching session in the comfort of your home.
